Lentils and Bulgur are the chief products in our supply chain. Factors such as favorite climate, adequate rainfall, and natural farming methods adopted in the northern farmlands of Syria, combine to give the Syrian grown Lentils and Wheat a quality and taste that are unique in their own category. Bulgur is a food commodity widely used in the cuisines of Syria and neighboring countries. This, along with the spread of international cuisines worldwide and the appreciation for the nutritional values of this product, are increasing the global demand for Bulgur especially in the European region.

We have selected the Sortex Z color sorting machine as a key part of our lentils plant. The state of the art Sortex Z will play a vital role in the color sorting process at the heart of Al Manal plant operations.

 

At Al Manal we decided that raw material storage is the most critical aspect in delivering our finished products on time to our customers. We can not say no to our customers, that is why we invested in massive silos and warehouses with a storage capacity of 15,000 tons of wheat at any point. Also by investing in these silos we guarantee that our raw materials are safe, clean and healthy.
